This project consists of installing a new grid-interactive photovoltaic and energy-storage system at 5717 Louise Ln Austin TX in accordance with the attached planset and the 2023 NEC. Work includes electrical installation of a new 9.680 kW DC / 16.0 kW AC PV system consisting of (22) Phono Draco PS440M8GF-18/VNH modules each equipped with Tigo TS4-A-O optimizers interconnected to a new EG4 FlexBOSS 21 hybrid inverter. Two EG4 14.3 kWh PowerPro batteries and associated EG4 Battery Conduit Boxes will be installed to provide whole-home backup via the EG4 GridBoss gateway. All battery equipment is UL 9540 certified as shown in the planset. Work includes routing new DC homeruns to a roof-mounted junction box installing an IMO 4-pole DC disconnect installing AC conductors between the inverter GridBoss and the existing 200A main service panel and landing the system on a dedicated backfeed breaker sized per inverter specifications. All grounding and bonding will follow NEC 250 and 690 requirements. Rapid shutdown functionality per NEC 690.12 will be provided through module-level electronics. The existing PV system¿comprised of (30) Canadian Solar CS6K-280M modules with P300 optimizers a SolarEdge SE7600 inverter PV meter and existing AC disconnect¿will remain in place. No service upgrade main breaker derate structural modifications or roofing penetrations beyond those shown on the plans are included. All work will follow manufacturer installation requirements maintain NEC-required clearances and be inspected prior to energization.
