Privately Funded TxDOT ROW Roadway Improvements for Parmer Lane and the Parmer Lane-Dallas Dr. Intersection. Note: TDLR associated items include curb ramps, crosswalk, pedestrian buttons and small sections of sidewalk within the ROW
