Access by tunneling from the exterior to expose and replace the cast iron drains under the master bathroom and replace with PVC piping. Trenchless Sewer Line Replacement
Excavate roughly 130 feet under the foundation of the home to expose all the underground sewer lines. Also trench out roughly 45 feet of the sewer yard line. Once exposed cut out all exposed sewer lines and replace using schedule 40 PVC. Hang new underslap lines per code using clevis hangers. Bed new yard line using sand per code
