The event will transform the east lawn of Auditorium Shores into a vibrant soccer fan destination with an anticipated capacity of approximately 5000 attendees. The celebration will feature live broadcasts of the matches on a large LED screen with audio support to create a communal viewing experience. Local DJ performances will activate the space and maintain momentum between matches. In addition to match viewing the celebration will feature interactive fan engagement activations permitted food and beverage vendors official merchandise booths and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces to enhance the fan experience. The event layout will incorporate clearly defined ingress and egress points to support smooth crowd flow accessibility and efficient site management. Public safety planning and overall event operations will be led by the C3 Presents team which has extensive experience coordinating with City of Austin agencies including PARD APD AFD ATCEMS and the Special Events Office. Comprehensive risk assessment professional security and crowd management staffing and dedicated operational oversight will be implemented to ensure a safe structured and professionally managed environment for all attendees.
