Express- Foundation repair on a slab foundation. Install 26 total press piling piers including 20 perimeter and 6 interior locations. There will be 10 breakthrough and patched locations. We will improve level to the extent.

Express- Install 20 floor supports.

Express- Front of house: Remove and reset existing stone to resolve cracked mortar joints. North side: remove stone and damaged/rotting wood plank siding and replace with Hardy plan siding. Back of house: R&R water damaged roof decking. Install new shingles to match existing shingles. Remove water damaged and rotting sheathing and wood plank siding; install new sheathing and Hardy plank siding.
