Print shop privacy

Updated October 7, 2026

We use the address and personalization you enter to prepare your artwork. When you type a street number and name, that address text is sent through our server to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses. Suggestions are not saved in our database or cached by the shop. You can complete address entry without choosing a suggestion.

Google processes suggestion requests under its Privacy Policy. After you choose or enter an address and request a preview, we send it to the US Census Bureau geocoder to locate the print marker. The marker uses that separate lookup, not Google coordinates. See the Census Bureau's privacy policy.

When you begin checkout, we save your artwork choices and approved print file with the order. Stripe handles payment and collects the shipping information. We store the payment status and recipient details needed to fulfill the order, and provide the print file and recipient information to Prodigi for production and shipping. Our service database is hosted by Supabase. Temporary logo uploads expire after 30 days; a logo embedded in an approved order remains part of its saved artwork.

Shop pages do not load our public-site analytics. Address suggestions and order responses use private, non-cached responses. We use a hashed network identifier to limit abusive requests. Keep your private order link private: anyone with that link can view its status and personalization.

Order records are retained for fulfillment, support, and payment records. To ask about your information, contact hello@austintexasthings.com. Provider policies: Stripe, Prodigi, and Supabase.
