Print shop terms
Updated October 7, 2026
Please review your selected size, finish, spelling, address, marker, and artwork before approving the preview and paying. Your approved artwork is saved with the order. Standard US shipping is included in the displayed print price; applicable tax is shown at checkout. Printing and shipping are provided by Prodigi.
Neighborhood outlines and names come from our source catalog and are artistic geographic references, not surveyed boundaries. Address markers use the US Census Bureau's street-address lookup and can be approximate. Check that the preview shows the place you intend.
Optional address suggestions are supplied by Google Maps. Their use is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service. Select only the known street address you intend to use for your print. You can complete address entry without choosing a suggestion. Google suggestion lists are not a source for bulk address collection.
Upload only logos or other material you have permission to use. Your private order link displays order status; a shipped status means the print has shipped, not that it has been delivered.
For an order problem or a requested change, contact hello@austintexasthings.com. Once production has begun, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
