Güero's Taco Bar

Güero’s is one of the longest-running Tex-Mex staples on South Congress — it predates the current wave of boutique hotels and national retail brands.
The al pastor is incredible — perfectly seasoned with a nice char that hits that sweet spot between smoky and citrusy. Service can be slow during peak hours, but the margaritas make the wait worthwhile.
